Our weekend started off by Tayten going with my mom and Shelby to rocket judging for 4-H and me going to Mary Anne's 1st bridal shower. Tayten had a great time and so did I. Other than the fact that I have a nasty cold and my head is completely plugged.

I can't wait to meet her! Natalie is due the day after Mary Anne's wedding so it will be a surprise to see if Natalie makes it to the wedding!!
Then Sunday we went to church.

Me and my sweet girl before church! Then we came home and I went off to another one of Mary Anne's bridal showers. It was a lot of fun as well and we had some great food but I was so hot I thought I might die. I've been hot all day..maybe I have a fever to go along with this cold.

Daddy & Tayten stayed home and played. They also got the tube ready for the lake!

Father's Day & Other Things

Happy Father's Day to everyone!

I can't remember what we even did for father's day but I'm sure we enjoyed it! We had a long hard week last week so I'm slowly getting back to our normal schedule.

A big huge thank you to Grandma Kathy,Grandpa Jim,Brent & Stacy for watching Tayten last week. She loves you all very much and is still jabbering up a storm telling us all the fun things she did.

Yesterday we spent the day with my mom and Shelby. We were originally going to go to the pool but since it rained in the morning we just did errands and a little shopping. Then we went water walking. Wow...what a workout. Shelby and I didn't quite even make it a 1/2 lap against the current and our legs felt like jello! It was so much fun and good exercise. Can't wait to do it again!

Lions, Bears & Tigers Oh My..

Last week we visited the Indianapolis Zoo. We had lots of fun and saw lots of fun animals. It had been a long time since I had been there, but not much had changed. Tayten loved looking at all the animals but she starting getting hot and tired towards the end.

After the Zoo we went to the water park. Tayten had a ball. She was so tired that evening she couldn't even walk. She is definitely not scared of water. She went down the slide more times than we could count. That's pretty much all she did the entire time. I didn't get many pictures but a few!

The worst part was about every 2 hours they break for about 10 min to check the water. We had a very hard time keeping her entertained and out of the water for 10 min! Let's just say we had major meltdowns!! :)
