One Month

Hollis is one month old!

(I'm just a little late at posting this)

She weighs 8lbs 8 oz

Her height 21.4"

Her hair is a CRAZY mess! I put headbands in just to tame it a little.

She just starting wearing some 0-3 clothes but she still fits in newborn size. She has no waist so everything falls off!

We ran out of newborn size diapers so I started using size 1. They are a little big but they work!

For the time being she normally only wakes up once during the night usually around 3:00 - 3:30 am and wakes up again around 7:30. She's already a better sleeper than Tayten!

I don't think she's actually smiled yet, but I'm sure it's close.

Finally...

Hollis's newborn pictures have arrived and I'm so excited!

There was no way I could post them all, she took 78 shots, but I did try to post some of the best and our favorites. I'm sure I'll probably post more later.

Harmonica Playing

Tayten got some harmonica's (whistles according to her) from the pinata at Gracie's birthday party Saturday night. She loves playing them and has carried them around every where we have went since the party. Sunday evening she took them over to Grandma Kathy's & Grandpa Jim's and look what she did..... She got to play a little song with Grandpa Jim!

Randoms

• I need a NEW blog title ASAP!! I've been racking my brain trying to come up with something creative but I've got nothing. Maybe you have a good idea?


• My baby is almost a month old! It actually seems like she should already be one month, it's been a LOOONG month!


• The girls and I ventured to Menard's today to get some more flowers. Hopefully they won't die before I can get them planted.


• MOPS is now over for the year, which is sad but on an exciting note I'll be on the steering team for next year. Originally I was going to be in charge of Hospitality but then another position came up so I switched. I'll now be the discussion group leader coordinator. I'm excited to work with a great group of fun ladies!


• These pictures have nothing to do with anything- I just thought they were to cute not to share!

Hollis's Room

Hollis's room is so small that's it's very hard to take any pictures. I think it turned out super cute since I was doubting it when we first started it. I absoutly loved all the craft projects I put into the room. The lamp shades are one of my favorites! Changing table/dresser

I spray painted the lamp shade and then added fringe to the bottom.

Bookshelf- I made the name blocks and the little "H" light block. The wall above the shelf is empty and I'm hoping that once her newborn pictures come in I'll order a picture canvas to hang up.

I couldn't decide what to do above her crib so I ordered her monogram from uppercase living.

The pictures don't really do it much justice so you'll just have to see it for yourself sometime!

Double the Cuteness

I still haven't gotten the chance to put the girls in matching outfits yet. Hollis needs to grow, so her clothes will fit her :) Anyway, I just have to show you these adorable cute shirts I had made for them.

I love how these turned out and I can't wait for them to wear them

I searched forever until I found big sister/little sister shirts I liked. I really think these turned out super cute. I put the girls in them to have there picture taken, so I can't wait to see how it turned out.
