T's 2 Year Pictures

Friday, I had Tayten's 2 year pictures done! She didn't quite want to cooperate for the lady, but the lady did her best and she did get me some good shots! I think these may be my favorites! This picture just say's," I'm two"!

Our Saturday..

We started out by picking up mom and the girls and then headed to Rossville's Summer's End Festival. We had never been before and since were all about "Festivals" we had to try it out. They had ton's of garage sales, and lots of booths & food. We ran into lots of people we knew, bought some treats from the Flour Mill Bakery & some super cute necklaces and bracelets. Once we decided we had had enough we drove on to Delphi. We headed to our favorite spot Calico Plus, they were having a sidewalk sale so we scored some great finds! Then we ventured on to Monticello, to Furniture Warehouse Outlet. They have cheap patio/outside furniture! I got a bench & mom got a glider! The girls were thrilled to be making so many stops!

Yeah, this is how we roll!!! When the car gets full, just strap it onto the roof! We had to drive home from Monticello like this! :) The girls were extremely embarrassed!

Finally..

I finally got around to uploading a few pictures from our lake visit. I wasn't very good about taking many pictures this time actually I forgot to take my camera out most days. We had a ton of fun, Tayten learned to 1,2, Jump into the water! She also loved the idea that she was with Brent & Stacy the entire time. Actually the 1st night was really rough. She was beyond tired, but only wanted to be with Brent. It made for a long evening but we did eventually get her to sleep. The weather was perfect and the water was hot!! This is the only picture I took of Tayten the entire time!

We spent the day at......

Castaway Bay!!

Friday we went to the pool for the last time of the season. They close once school starts, So we had to fit in our schedule last week. Tayten loves the pool and was very excited that Aunt Tammy & Haylee got to come with us. It was hot, but the water felt so good. Snack Break

Scuffed up...

Tayten has has a ruff few days. Wednesday night she hit the bridge of her nose on her wooden rocking chair. She cried forever and it took us a long time to figure out what happened and what she hit. She's got a little bruise on the bridge of her nose..........but now she's got a scuffed up side of her face to match. Thursday night she fell down a little step and hit her face on a ruff rug.

It's still red today, and she won't let us touch it so it must still be sore!

Believe me though...the minnie nightgown made it 100 times better!

Babies & Bachelorettes

This past Saturday was a fun one! I started off the day with a baby shower for our friend Natalie. We played some cute games & had a fun time. I did take some pictures but none of them turned out very well. I can not wait to meet baby Lilly! She's going to be one spoiled little lady just from the shower :)

Then with just a few hours to spare..I came home, got ready again, picked up Natalie and headed out for Mary Anne's bachelorette party! We had such a great time. We laughed and talked until our stomachs hurt!
I think I'm to old to stay out until after midnight! I was mighty tired the next day!
