Lake Cumberland

We went to the lake a while back ( I think it was a week ago). It was perfect weather, not to hot, not to cold. Tayten had a blast, I took tons and tons of pictures, we swam, and just did plain old nothing for a few days! It was nice.

Like I said, I took way to many pictures and it would take forever to upload them all on here so I'll just try to post a few here and there!

Fair Oaks Dairy

We were going to go to the State Fair on Sunday but since it was closed we changed our plans and went north to the Dairy. It was a good choice, Tayten approved. It rained off and on, but after we took the bus tour it had stopped and dried off enough for them to open the little rides. We may have had some of the best ice cream ever and the grilled cheese was mighty tasty as well. I took tons of pictures but here's a few.......... The entrance

The stop light outside the birthing barn. It was on yellow, which meant they could see hooves so a baby was about to be born, we missed it though. Tayten was busy playing and people we hurrying like crazy to get in there.She loved all the fake cows

We also watched a little 3D-4D movie. Tayten sat so still and kept her glasses on but moved quickly to Brandon's lap when the cow squirted us!

Saturday

Saturday afternoon we went up to Connie & Ed's lake house for a little party and to see Grandma Davis's friends who were visiting. Tayten of course loves going since she gets to fish.

I can do it all by my self!
Then after we ate it got REALLY windy and then started to rain, so we all headed inside.

Friday we had a fun day with Mom, Kelsey & Shelby. I guess we were celebrating the end of summer vacation. We had planned on going swimming but since it was a little chilly we changed the plan. First we had lunch at Red Lobster! Yum!! Brandon hates that place so I go when I can :) Then we did a little shopping at the mall and we finally let Tayten JUMP! She wasn't scared a bit and wants to do it AGAIN. I think she talked the entire time while jumping Getting Ready

NOOK Love

it's possible that she loves the NOOK more than I do!

3 Months

Hollis is 3 Months!!Our sweet little girl turned 3 months last week! Can you believe it? Time is going so fast.

We go to the Dr. tomorrow so I'll let you know how big she is.

~ Wears 0-3 month clothes & size 1 diaper

~Eats about every 3 to 3 1/2 hours

~ Sleeps from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am usually every night

~Loves to watch the ceiling fan & lights

~ She is talking so much more. I have a short video that I'll try to upload

~ Everyone loves her hair, in fact they love it so much that we can't even eat at a restaurant without getting interrupted at least 3 times. While at the Beck's summer camp last week we even had 2 ladies ask to hold her and take her picture!!
