Oreo Bites
They are so easy to make and so good. I made them for our Christmas on Saturday and I think everyone that tried them LOVED them. I've gotten so many questions about them I thought I would post the recipe.
Oreo Bites
1 Package of Oreo Cookies
1 8oz block of cream cheese- Softened
Dipping Chocolate- I used white choc but you can use any kind
Using a food processor or chopper chop up the Oreo cookies until they look like dirt. You don't really want chunks of cookie so make sure you get all the chunks. Once you have the cookies chopped, add the cream cheese. You will want the cream cheese to be very very soft. Mix together until it looks like the mud. Then I used a cookie scoop to form balls and dip into melted choclate.
Super Easy & oh so yummy!
